Building Futures
Full-Circle Learning (FCL), a global educational model, empowers young people to become society’s humanitarians and change agents. Since 1992, FCL, as a charitable organization, has championed purpose-driven education, impacting over a million people each year across 40 countries. We served as a US-based global nonprofit for a third century until independent NGOs sprouted in the UK and across Africa to carry on the community transformation and global wisdom exchanges.
Unlike traditional models focused on what or how to learn, Full Circle Learning (FCL) emphasizes the why—inspiring students to learn to uplift others. Through project-based learning, FCL cultivates "habits-of-heart" like empathy, integrity, and kindness, empowering students to address real-world challenges and create meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

Our mentorship and practicum model places student-teachers in real classrooms with experienced Full-Circle Learning mentors.
